That about wraps it up, I'm done with the Preston Blair book. Thank you Mr. Blair, I have benefited invaluably from studying your wonderful book!
I'd like to celebrate this milestone but I'm so doggoned tired. It's 3 am for crying out loud! I'm supposed to be going on vacation tomorrow!
But since I'm here, I've got some of photos from my graduation from my animation college a few weeks ago:
Here are my parents and I, together on this joyous occasion;
That's my Mum for you, always insisting on taking a picture twice in case someone is blinking or has red-eye.
Aargh! Now this one I feel bad for. That's me taking a picture with my tutor, Dane, and looking utterly bored! I look disgusted to even be laying a hand on him!
I was actually having a great time and I'm sure my tutor was grateful to be asked for a photo, yet I look I'd rather die than be seen with him! I feel really bad and hope for his sake that my tutor never sees this photo! Sincerest, sincerest apologies!
That's me collecting my Diploma in Applied Animation. Not too shabby!
And to my surprise, I received the Tutor Recognition award for enthusiasm and professionalism. I was honestly flabbergasted! See that genuine smile on my face? An honor indeed.
Glad I wore my best Ren and Stimpy shirt for such an occasion!
It's getting late friends. Before I go to bed (which I'm desperately looking forward to!) I'd like to say a special thanks to John K, Eddie Fitzgerald, Jim Smith, Roberto Serevino, Archie and all you silent supporters of the Scrawny blog! Can you believe this is my 100th post this year? Sheesh! Couldn't have done it without your kind words!
January's probably going to be a pretty sparse month. I'll be on vacation for most of it but I promise, next years looking to be a good one! I've got tons more art to do, loads of blogposts on standby and some new cartoons ventures planned for next year.
Have a Happy New Year everybody! You rock!
